Out of the Ordinary

Will your Christmas be out of the ordinary this year? Or will it be the same old thing – rushing round to get everything done, getting all the Christmas cards written and the decorations up, then stressing about what to buy for the relatives you hardly ever see?

Whatever you are doing, the Christmas story reminds us that God's love was revealed in the ordinary – a baby born in a stable. A seemingly ordinary birth becomes God's out of the ordinary world-saving event through Jesus.

Every day, ordinary acts of kindness can breakthrough to the extraordinary.
