Friday Lunch Club

2nd and 4th Fridays

It's hard to believe that we have been running Lunch Club for a year now, and it continues to be a great success. It's a great opportunity to meet together with both the members of the Church family and people from the community socially. It's also a good opportunity for those who live alone to have a meal together with others. Meals vary from roast, stews and casseroles to old favourites such as Toad in the Hole, the most popular pudding continues to be Apple Crumble and custard.

We can still help with transport to those who are really unable to come along without assistance, and we are grateful to our two regular drivers, Richard and Roger, both of whom are not members of our church. My very sincere thanks to all the helpers, but especially to Marion, Di and Elaine, without whom lunch would not happen.
